Project: TedTalk script  - "How I Recognized My Birth Mom's Voice After 18 Years as a Stranger"

Brief: For this project, while studying under professor and actor Andrew Sellon (Gotham, The Smurfs, The Blacklist), I was asked to write and perform a story that is unique to me using a TedTalk-esque writing and presentation style. The story I chose is a particularly vulnerable one about how I'm adopted, and the time which I connected with my biological mother at the age of 18. I hope to eventually bring this story to a TedTalk stage, documentary, or feature film in the future.
