Brief: This project served as a communications initiative practice-pitch to Disney's C-Suite and Board of Directors. It includes a multi-faceted 360º campaign, a change-management plan, and SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) KPIs (key performance indicators or metric targets) to gauge the campaign's success throughout it's compounding phases.
